The one time I tried Beyu, it was quite good. I think they also have live jazz sometimes.
Bean Traders at Homestead Market makes a good cup. Ambience can be hit or miss though.

^^ Scratch is delicious, but its a little crowded and often hectic. If you are trying to have a deep or private conversation, its not good for that.
