so was this "world" island project a bust or what? I remember when they first started building them, which was at least a decade ago... they look mostly empty still.

Looks like they're finally getting support again to develop the islands. The Global Financial Crisis 07-10 really hurt the development.

depends on what your definition of falling is. technically things fall cuz of gravity, and gravity is definitely giving the business to the dragon.
