Maybe this should be in Study Hall, but I figured there was more traffic here. I am having a problem viewing the slides from an online lecture in the PE Review series by NCSU ITRE. I get the video of the professor but instead of the slides (IE what is on the projector) all I get is a "picture icon". I started this lecture a few days ago and everything was fine. Now that I tried to resume, I am having this problem. (I have already tried clearing cookies, using a different browser, etc....) Any Advice?

I'm assuming Java or Flash need to be updated / installed. Are you getting any type of error? You tried it on IE and Chrome?

The issue is only isolated to 2 lectures of the 6 or 7 I have checked. I am using Chrome, but I tried IE and got the same result

Yep looks like the Mediasite box wasn't being fed the secondary video signal. Probably an issue with the video switcher in that lecture hall.
