Terms of Service / End-User License Agreement
Between the legalese and the absurd lengths, the language purposefully buries the meaning, hoping you'll just agree that
"...user assumes all responsibility in the event, possibility, or occurrence wherein -- with impunity on the part of the aforementioned company --- through necessary or quasi-necessary action or inaction the application (heretofore known as "app") should cause, lead to, manifest, force, or create nuclear winter."
The ToS update on Netflix was 102 pages when it popped up on my PS3 last night. 5/23/2014 10:38:02 AM

I mean there is stuff that matters. In some of the more recent updates I've seen, agreeing means you wave your right to litigation -- even class-action suits -- in the event of a disagreement. The only way to not wave this right is to send a letter to their HQ telling them you disagree. There's no "I agree but..." button 5/23/2014 11:02:52 AM

Word for word. Twice
So, needless to say, I've never bought anything online or installed any software
