Hey guys! I am looking for someone to take over my lease with College Inn. I have one bedroom of a 2-bedroom room, all amenities are included in rent. Each of the two bedrooms has its own separate full bath. Rent also includes the pool, gym, and tanning salon. Plus, College Inn has been newly renovated! Who wants to be the random 30+ year old room mate in a college apt.

My friend had one at Lake Park in the early 2000s. His parents owned the condo, one of his friends skipped out that was renting a room, he made no effort to find another roommate from school so his dad rented the room out to this lady with a horrible criminal record.

She would come out during a raging keg party smoke a cigarette on the porch, then go back in her room. I thought someone had brought their mom to the party the first time I saw her.

From what I hear they never had any problems with her but she was definitely out of place.
