They both can be shitty and they both can be very good when made the right way (corn tortillas especially). At least shitty flour tortillas still hold together. Shitty corn tortillas fall apart.

^^I can agree with that. The best corn tortilla > the best flour tortilla. But it's way easier to fuck up corn tortillas.

I grew up working on my parents' farm and usually the Mexican employees would bring their own lunch....homemade corn tortillas are fucking delicious.

Eh I like both of them. Authenticity is an overrated concept.

Those packs of 400 corn tortillas for $2.36 at food lion are never all that good unless you're frying them, but I've made homemade corn tortillas that are delicious.

But, seriously, nearly all margaritas are good.

When Chipotle first opened in Raleigh though, they had terrible margaritas. They were on the menu so they would serve them to you if your ordered one...and then you just had to act surprised when it was awful and get you a coupon for a free burrito!

Dos taquitos changed their taco Tuesday "special" to a tiny taco on a now corn tortilla sans cheese allegedly to make it more authentic

Luckily theres still free chips and $5 margaritas.

less than 30 miles away.

there is one other restaurant with a bar, but i'm not a fan. the people there are dicks. applebee's is the only chain non-fast food restaurant around. also the only place to watch sports.

i would never choose to go to an applebee's anywhere else, when there are actually other decent places to go.
