The media keeps referring to them as "Pro Russian Rebels" but I have seen 3 or 4 interviews with Ukrainian soldiers who have say they are fighting Russian army soldiers.

It seems as though the media is turning a blind eye to this for some reason.

It's not PC to call out Russia for invading a sovereign nation. I mean, when Russian troops are being captured on foreign soil, with Russia asking for them back, I'm not sure how you can avoid the obvious.

My favorite move Russia pulled was the relief convoy.

First convoy was legit.

The seccond one, 53 trucks broke off and supplied the "rebels". Broad daylight, just left the convoy and went straight to the "rebels", no one even cared.

I don't know about that. I just heard some interview with some Russian defense minister on NPR the other day and they were grilling the fuck out of that guy.

I think everyone has accepted Russia has troops in there. They said they didn't have any in Crimea, then months later Putin admits he had troops in Crimea.

yeah an american warship shot down a jumbo jet full of folks during one of the millions of "standoff" type scenarios we had with one of those dune spoon countries in the wayback years.

It was tragic enough but if i remember correctly we actually awarded medals and crap to the crew for "following orders and SOP" (/ prevent them all from feeling bad about murdering the shit out of hundreds of people lol).
