It's been really hard for me to get excited about the Canes the last couple of seasons.

I'm sure my fandom will really take a step back now that I'm living in GA and assume I won't be in the Canes market to get many games on TV.

I moved to the DC area, so I will be watching the Caps while keeping up with the Canes via the world wide web and the NHL Network.

I was a little surprised to see Tolchinsky go this early. He is undersized, but has phenomenal skill. Maybe some protein and another great year in the juniors will get him a spot on the roster or at least Charlotte next year.

E. Staal obviously, and then I believe Manny wore an A along with Harrison or Faulk maybe?

E. Staal wore the C, J. Staal wore an A along with Gleason then Malhotra (after the Gleason trade).

Since Malhotra is unfortunately not back, I wouldn't be surprised if it ends up as E. Staal (C), J. Staal (A), Faulk (A). I would love to see them take the C from E. Staal, although I have no idea who they should give it to over him.

I think I agree with Dammit. Although I am skeptical because bringing him back is reminiscent of the JR days of recycling people.

I have not been a fan of Larose for quite some time now, BUT he does possibly bring an energy to this team that we desperately need. Ugh...this team is so frustrating

That's fairly similar to Detroits Nyquist (SWE - 5'11"-183) -Zetterberg (SWE - 6' - 195) -Abdelkader (CAN - 6'-2" 218)....
Skinner (CAN - 5'-11" - 200) -Rask ( SWE - 6'-2" - 200) -Lindholm (SWE - 6'-1" - 192)

I believe that is a fairly productive line in Day Twa

In that slomo video, it certainly looks like Niskanen was trying to hit Skinner. He says, though, that he wasn't even trying to hit him, and that Skinner turned into him/his elbow.
