I know the cartels are not united but who would win in a fight? Isis right. I dont know of cartels having full blown military units.
Who is worse?
They both seem to use a lot of the same nasty tactics, heavily armed and heavily funded by self operated black market exports as well as taxation.
Obviously the cartels seem to be smarter in guaranteeing their own survival as well as having solely an economic agenda vs religious agenda. But isis has had a faster growth rate.
