I don't see why it wouldn't be tasty. A bagel is a good vessel for sandwiches and should be able to hold up to the juiciness and weight of a burger pretty well.

I, too, miss Bruegger's. There are some in Virginia somewhere, but nowhere near Richmond.

The concept looks solid but I'd wonder if Bruegger's could turn out a good burger patty.
