I liked the trailer.

From the trailer we can see they want to portrait the park as a real theme park like Disney world or Universal Studio. That's the improvement comparing with previous versions.

I am so scared, Jurassic Park is my favorite movie ever.

I want to see it, but I am terribly anxious that it will ruin the first movie. ( mainly because the CGI, the stuff that makes the first JP wonderful are all the non-computerized special effects)

But i agree, as a kid, Jurassic Park was my favorite movie ever, and remained that way for a long time.

This movie looks really goofy and dumb compared to the first one. The only redeeming quality is that Spielberg is producing.

I actually described Interstellar to someone as this generations Jurassic Park, it was so influential to me.

Yes, Jurassic Park pioneered the use of CGI, but it also blended animatronics with CGI flawlessly. It doesn't look like the new movie even makes an attempt at robotics.

Yeah once they started making movies with no books it kind of went downhill. Jurassic Park and Lost World are two of my favorite childhood books. I still reread them today. Nothing can live up to the original two movies.

If the movie ended as soon as they are rescued, Lost World really isn't a bad movie.
