Using our ASM and Purdue's averages, we win 84-40. Using Purdue's ASM vs our averages, the expected outcome is we still win 65-60.

I think we score somewhere in the mid 70's and they score in the high 50's.

I can't stress enough how we need to be in position on rebounds and box out the correct way. No one hand rebounds or jumping off center, body up and box out and go up with two hands. If they are careless in this aspect they will get lots of fouls called against them. NCSU can be beat if we limit them to one shot on offense, disrupt the passing lanes, take charges and box out and we will win this game. Davis, Bryson and Octeus need to be strong on both ends, smart on defense to not get in foul trouble, but also take the ball to the basket on O to get their guards in foul trouble. We get to their bench players we have the advantage. Obviously we need Stephens to be dialed in from the beginning and keep Davis driving to the basket and being aggressive. *Note: I think Davis has figured out that his best offense is driving to the basket when available and making shot or getting fouled and making the free throws. This will be a tight physical game, but if Purdue boxes out, plays gritty defense and runs our smooth offense, we should win by at least 5. I predict a Purdue 68 NCSU 61....I think it will start fast but then will turn into a physical chess match at the end."
