This means the Convening Authority is conducting an Article 32 Proceeding at this moment, which is the military equivalent to a grand jury. BERGDAHL GOING TO FRY!

great. he's been brought back, and can now face trial and the consequences of his alleged desertion. he's our soldier to punish.... not the Taliban's.
