Their excuse is such BS. Yea, I'm sure they received plenty of threats, though none credible. The only real threat they received, and the only threat they care about, is the one to their purse. But hey, why not take a political topic and mask their real reason for doing what they did by making it look like evil Christians, right wingers, or rednecks were making threats.

although i'll say again, being anti-religious, i thought it was pretty silly that duke would allow a 3 minute "call to worship" be broadcast on a loud speaker from the bell tower for all the campus to hear... but they're a private university and can do as they please.
