trying to pay my wife's car taxes online at the DMV website and getting this error:
Service cannot continue. Please contact DMV for more information.919-814-1779 (8-5 Mon - Fri)

I had that this past year. It was because the address I had on my drivers license was different from where the car was registered or something like that. I called and a lady quickly updated my info and it took care of the problem.
