motherfuckers around DC and Baltimore do this all the fucking time. A few weeks before xmas a group of about 10 of them got in the HOV lane heading East out of DC and formed a box that extended into the next lane so some dumb fuckers could do wheelies. I hope each of these assholes dies in a wreck.
