False. I have, and they really are the worst. I had them on a 1-yr contract when I moved to Richmond. After the contract was up, they raised my rate twice in three months to where I was paying almost double the contract rate. (I had already decided to switch after the first rate raise but was lazy about doing so.) When I called to see what they might do for me to get me to stay (a tactic that usually worked to get a really good rate if you'd sign a new contract with TWC) the customer 'service' drone simply told me "well you could go to a lower service tier and get slower internet, that would cut your bill". Thanks, jackass.

I presume I was probably renamed Asshole at that point, but I switched to FiOS later that week.

I have them now. I'm moving soon to a place that has FIOS. Any fucking thing is better than comcast
