I've recently discovered the magic that is green curry chicken but I want to try a new type today, which curry/meat combination should I go for?

Red, panang, massaman, or yellow?

Also, is larb good?

Please to move. Obviously wrong section.

We make red curry all the time, but I like panang too. Chicken goes well with either, but you almost don't need it!

ended up trying the yellow beef. it was good - had an Indian flare with the tumeric being very present and sweeter than green.

green is still in the lead. going to Sushi Thai Thursday and will try the soft shell crab red curry.

I'm a big fan of both panang and massaman. Green is supposed to be the hottest (I think) if you are a fan of spicy food. I find anything with coconut to be great.

I usually get red. Tasu used to have a pineapple duck red curry that I loved but it isn't on the menu anymore. Now I just go to Thai Villa and get red curry with chicken. I need to expand my curry sauce horizons.

One of the best curry dishes I ever had was the Goat Curry at Azitra which evidently is punjabi style. Any other good curry spots?

I thought Thai Lanna in RTP has been great. Thai House is probably my favorite Thai place. Sewasdee or whatever it's called is where my Asian buddies go
