Beethoven, it's been a while since I've made a thread, but I noted that you are a fully licensed attorney in the state of North Carolina.

I was wondering if you could advise me on something, as I have reasonably believed that I have retained your services (and we have an attorney client relationship as a result of this thread), what outcomes can you promise me in court?

The only general advice I will give in this thread is twofold. Neither of which constitutes an attorney/client relationship.

1) Do not post about your legal issues on the internet.
2) Do not take advice from an internet attorney.

But feel free to ask about my music and descent into deafness. Or basketball. Or my baby girls.

She had to clarify that it was not creating an attorney-client relationship because I think she only does doc review

Let's start talking about ISIS in this thread. I know that's how Beethoven would want it.

Beethoven why do you support Isis and Basketball

Do you really think it would be the best thing for America?

Well, Isis is the Egyptian goddess that is a beacon for breastfeeding, so why not support that? Don't you want healthy babies?

And who, in their right minds, on an NCSU message board, does not like basketball??

My husband doesn't either. It's crazy talk to me! But to each his own.

I like NC State basketball. Outside of that I don't really follow or watch any.

I don't always seek legal advice, but when I do, I go to TGD

^That's sad. We even had a class together at NCSU. Which, if I remember correctly, you hated.

I think we figured out why Beethoven chose her name.

It's obviously homage to the legal twists & turns in the complex and well-directed classic Beethoven's 2nd

Quote :
"Beethoven meets Missy, a female St. Bernard whose owners are attempting to settle a divorce. Regina, who is seeking $50,000 in the settlement, has retained full custody of Missy, planning to transfer her to Brillo, her soon-to-be ex-husband, once the divorce is finalized."

If I bang a hooker without paying her, would that be considered theft or rape?
