not immediately no, but they will reach a point eventually where they are damn near impossible to remove

it can be. if the vine takes over the tree, the tree could eventually die from lack of sunlight.

depends on the vine.

a hop vine won't hurt a tree.

Kudzu will eventually suffocate a tree.

It depends....can the tree hear the vines chewing? If so, I'd say the mental health of the tree is in jeopardy.

no, short internet video loops cannot "grow", much less grow on a tree.
