I have a room at Wolf Creek 4x4 available starting at the beginning of July. The rate for July is $400 and for next year it's $350. The current list price for this floor plan is $425 and it's going to go up before August. Cable, internet, power, and water are included. Washer and dryer included, living room furniture included, and all bedroom furniture is included if you want it (bed, dresser, desk, chair, and bedside table). The bedroom is 12'7" x 9'10".
I'm moving closer to work and felt like someone might want to benefit from a lease that's locked in at $75 below current specials and over $100 below what the price will be in August with all utilities included. This is a phase I apartment, so it has the white appliances and maple cabinets, but it has the upgraded leather couches in the living room from the phase II units.
Unit is on the second floor. There is a reserved parking spot right in front of the building included for $10 a month if desired. Here's the 3d floorplan for this unit:

There's a fitness center, computer lab, pool tables, a large swimming pool, basketball court, tennis court, volleyball court, and tanning available at the clubhouse. My building is right beside the dog park, too. My roommates are all girls, one of them has a beagle, and all of them are in college so they study a lot and don't throw absurd parties that destroy the furniture. I'm not sure if any of them have renewed for next year, but it's safe to say that the office has marked this apartment for women and guys wouldn't be able to apply. I'll post pictures I've taken as soon as my phone decides to talk to the cloud again. None of the pictures I post of my room will include stock furniture because I had my own, but the office is happy to take out anything you don't need.  4/16/2015 8:25:40 PM
