Honestly the best ibe ever had and i think ive had them all. No laggy boxes. large dvr fast menus no pixellation and fast reliable internet.

Actually. Based on my experiences.

1. Comcast triple play 2011- excellent value and flawless reliability
2. Charter 2010- excellent packages flawless reliability and much cheaper than satellite
3. Direct TV 2012- super expensive but otherwise solid no complaints

4. fios (now)- slow ass 50mbps internet, tiny dvr hard drive, super expensive
5. Dish 2009- shitty selection of channels back then, random outages, expensive
6. timewarner 2013-2014- shitty internet that would be out for several hours at a time, shitty pixelation in shows, unbearable menu lag, shitty hd,

twcnc - pre docsis 3, total garbage tv, best internet you could get in the triangle, but not good
twcnc - post docsis 3, best internet in triangle, still shitty compressed tv
cox - solid internet with excellent uptime, no price or customer service bullshit
directv until recently - best tv service by far in terms of picture quality, now it's got shitty customer service and they've started compressing
comcast - call centers are trash and the 'techs' were completely worthless, other than giving me a couple hundred feet of RG11 pre-terminated to trench and connect myself from 2 houses away. data caps are bullshit and anti-competitive. the video quality is the best cable i've used and rivals directv now. 50/10 + TV isn't terrible, but not great
att/bellsouth dsl - reliable, but slow as shit and expensive
fios - nice dvr but pretty terrible overall and very high priced
uverse - lol, fuck all that. over the top tv with not enough bandwidth

When i say slow 50mbps im saying that its rarely 50mbps. Sometimes it is but its often more like 20. When you do the verizon test its always 40 something but it rarely feels fast. Fifa games lag.
