I never did get to ride the Big Bad Wolf

I want to now, but I'm afraid of rollercoasters - but I feel like I would have given that one at least one chance

oh well :'(

If I could ride roller coasters anymore, I would definitely go ride that bitch over and over.

One year on Carolina Mills day it rained for a few hours in the morning, but then quit and didn't rain again. When we got there it was literally empty, yet all the rides were running. I road this one at least 10 times back to back and they didn't even stop the ride going through the station

Dang. That sucks. My favorite wooden coaster (not that I've ridden all that many, but...)

I'll miss it. Grew up going to Carowinds two or three times a week in the summers. I remember I just about knocked out my teeth on TR backwards doing something stupid.

^^I'd "stand" on my tip toes when they were lowering the bars so that when the ride started, i had a good 6"-12" of space between the bottom of the bar and my knees. Almost flew out and died a few times

i was more of a King's Dominion kid, but I can empathize with those folks who grew up riding this ride at Carowinds... would be like if they tore down Rebel Yell or The Grizzly at KD.

It was a great roller coaster.

However the cyclone in Coney Island is the best wooden coaster imo.

Samesies.

If by 50 times you mean 50 million times.

50 million times may be accurate.

Did this commercial get a lot of airplay in the Raleigh area? One of my friends from Apex claims to have never seen it and I thought maybe they only advertised in the western part of the state.

I grew up in greensboro, and never saw that commercial.

looks very much like a low budget regional commercial.
