lol, this is the worst scandal the NCAA has seen since SMU and you are talking about them not being punished?

If all that happens is vacated wins and banners down, the school got off easy. You should be looking at post season bans, reduction of scholarships, etc. They will most likely fire Roy to try and preserve Dean's legacy, but it won't matter.

^^ I'd love for them to be garbage for 20 years to make up for the shit we got put through from 1990-2010 (and what State "did" was nowhere near the level of what unc DID). with all the NC State shit we endure giving them a decade or 2 in the shitter is just cosmic retribution. it still doesn't make up for the unbalanced pre-ACC record against them, but would be a good chance to tip the scales back towards our side a bit.
