How many comments on the above link will we go before a "every crime is a hate crime" or "what about black on black crime" type of comment?

Also, it is useful to investigate as a hate crime solely because of the additional federal resources you get.. especially if there is a potential for this person is part of a larger group or was sent there. Same as the act of terrorism label..

Seems fairly obvious this was a targeted attack and not just general domestic terrorism in other words a OKC or Olympic type of thing where goal was just to kill as many as possible). Doubt anyone who doesn't try and catch him is in serious danger.

That's what being reported. Arrest picture seems to match the surveillance still shot. I can't imagine a 21 yr old from Lexington had a grand scheme to escape. With the entire focus of law enforcement in SC on this case they have to catch him by end of today.
