I'm laying down hardwood and just pulled up the carpet but the city won't take it. It's one room worth of carpet and padding and would easily fit in a pickup. How much to come take it off my hands before my HOA throws a fit? I'm downtown near State. Text me @ 919-795-6358

Can it be reused?

The Habitat For Humanity Restore might be able to take it. They offer free pickup
