While I prefer having Mondays off over Fridays. Having Friday off makes the week feel shorter. Instead of waiting till Friday for your weekend to begin, Thursday is your new Friday. When you have Monday off, you're still sitting there waiting for Friday to roll around.

i don't think i would do anything on Monday if i had it off. I would sit around and watch TV. At least having Fridays off, or half day Fridays like I do, I usually spend them doing something active to kick off the weekend.
