Why can't I get wasted and throw glass bottles at children on a Tuesday night after 10pm?

First they came for my house party with the NPO, and I said nothing because I was graduating pretty soon anyways. Then they came for my drunken nights on a downtown bar patio/sidewalk, and I said nothing because I couldn't really afford drinking craft beers all night anyways. Then they came for ..............................
