I use sonarr and couchpotato and remote access has always worked fine but today they stopped working. I can't access the IP:port for any of the services and I checked that the router port forwarding settings are still correct.

The services are running and they are allowed in windows firewall. I have reset the computer and confirmed that the IP is correct.

What else do I need to check?

nevermind, windows update changed all the firewall settings so i had to whitelist the services again
