Went out to eat last night, and on the patio where we were seated, our table presented an interesting predicament. There was a pole (for an umbrella) running in the exact center of the table. It was not removable, and blocked my girlfriend's face the entire time


And then, we had a visitor. He came and struck a pose for us


We then went to a whiskey bar, and had a few drinks. I saw a beer on the menu from Ashville, NC... I didn't get it though.

went to an outdoor wedding yesterday instead of the first nc state game of the season. it was fun though because one of the bridesmaids fell out during the ceremony.

Took daughter out and ate steak with her on Friday night, ran a bunch of errands and got her a RedBox movie last night (and watched some of it with her), took her for a horseback riding lesson today. Might get the bounce house out and invite one of her friends over this afternoon, or meet someone out in town somewhere for kids to play.

went Cub flying in and out of little grass fields with the doors open, and then SCUBA diving last weekend when daughter was with her mom.

I tweaked my back doing some aggressively dirty dance moves when I was trying to make my friend laugh. I finally admitted it to myself this morning and spent the day in bed.

I need to get better quick though--I was just starting to live like a normal human being and stuff. I got things to do.

probably gonna go fly a 71 year old airplane in the morning (owned by an acquaintance; i have access to the hangar and he rents the plane to me)
