In that picture, I see a single mom having to go to walmart with her baby because nobody else is there to help out. She probably didn't want to use those carts that have the baby seat attached on top because those are just gross. I'm sure she carefully placed all that food around the car seat.
At least the buggy isn't packed full of ice cream, candy, and other junk. I see some baked lays, that's about it.
