So, I know they've been around for a bit. I saw the name at least last year, but never really tried anything. I needed an aesthetically pleasing, clean, and intuitive survey for something and I ran across their site again yesterday. I was really impressed with the ease of use and end result. I'm planning to use it for pre-work for interior design consultations and/or completely in place of the generic "contact forms" on a website. Looks great on mobile too.

Anyone else used them? Any other recommendations for competitors to try out?
