Does anyone know if i were to get a used keyless remote from a different Honda online can I re-program it myself to work with my car if i have an original remote?

Yes. But you have to order a new short-throw dipstick to match it.

Yeah, it's pretty easy. The procedure is on page 404 of most Honda manuals. I've used it to empty the contents of 116 Hondas since 2009.
