There was a white girls only party at a frat. The costume email was after I believe.

To be fair... that isn't a full indicator of "black graduates" in general, not all black people have distinctive "black names". There is also a cultural assimilation aspect to that, which is still unfair but not as inherently evil as claiming it is racism when Okonkwo Jabaar doesn't get a call back as often as John Smith.
