there are off of the top of my head, so I'm sure I'm forgetting a ton

and they're in no particular order, other than WTF being #1:

Missy Elliott feat. Pharrell Williams- WTF (Where They From)
Jessie Jones- Quicksilver Screen
Kanye West- All Day
Big Grams- Fell in the Sun
Drake- Hotline Bling
Vic Mensa- U Mad
Jamie xx- I Know There's Gonna Be (Good Times) & Loud Places (feat. Romy)
Kendrick Lamar- Alright & King Kunta
The Weeknd- Can't Feel My Face
Lower Dens- To Die in L.A.
Future Islands- The Chase
Mac Demarco- Another One

I'm sure I'll add more later

some good ones there. I'll come up with some from my running best of playlist. But, not all of them are really 'singles' depending on the band (i guess i consider it a 'single' if the band used it to promote their album or made a video for it even if it's not released like a real single).

but

yes. King Kunta was my favorite track off TPIAB for the first several listens, but over time Alright became my favorite track on that whole record.

The Hills was a big one by the weekend as well.

All of Taylor Swift's releases.

Sam Hunt had a big year.

There's a ton.

Not sure what you mean by top and I'm not even sure what 2015 means since many songs from 14 get big in 15 or i suddenly discover songs in 2015 only to find out from hipsters that they were released in 2012. but anyway, here are my most memorable songs from the year by genre no order.

Electronic

Major Lazor featuring MO- lean on

DJ Snake- you know you like it
Calvin Harris and Disciples- how deep is your love
Skrillex and Diplo- Where are you now
Galantis- Runaway
Martin Solveig- Intoxicated
Vanic w K Flay- make me fade

RAP

Big Sean- Blessings
Future- Commas
Fetty Wap- 679
Macklemore- Downtown

Other

Sia- Elastic Heart
Ellie Goulding- Love me like you do
Fifth Harmony- worth it

Can't speak for TGL3, but anytime I personally do music-related year end lists of any kind, top=favorite to me since I'm not getting paid to be an objective music critic. I may shuffle something around based on attempted objectivity or technicality or uniqueness etc. or use those as a tie-breaker, but it's mainly just my favorites.

He actually copied from DROD, but that's ok, it's on both. And they're both really catchy. But there's no way in hell I'd put anything by Drake on there, but maybe I'm just old

I'll add "Pretty Pimpin'" - Kurt Vile because no one has mentioned it yet. It's a little different than what he's done before and it sounds like what a good Modest Mouse song can be (but hasn't been in over a decade).
