At work, setting Skype messenger to Do Not Disturb will prohibit any outlook message balloons from popping up whenever you get an email.


Comes in handy when you are presenting something either by projector or a teleconference to an audience; so that your customer, for example, doesn't see when Steve in marketing sends you an email saying he wants to ram his pecker down the customers throat.
