Everyone seems like an 8th year senior when your team goes through 2 generations of players in 4 years.


I looked back at the top 15 recruiting classes from the recruiting rankings 4 years ago and most of those teams still have their top recruit and are in the top 10 right now.

We were the only team that didn't have anybody left. Even Kentucky still has poythress

I was watching Abu closely. He doesn't think about not fouling and gives away too many chippy fouls. Few of his fouls are valuable fouls or strategically given. Most of the fouls a team commits should have some degree of intent.

It's time to punt on football and go all in as a basketball school.

Honestly, he doesn't deserve it - Gott is a fine coach for a mid level BCS school - but he's just never going to have sustained, real success. The best we can hope for are a couple fluky runs to the ACC Tournament like we've had with past coaches and maybe an E8 or something.

That's fine, even awesome, at most places. But our athletic department hasn't won a GOD DAMN THING in basically 30 years now. Fire everyone else and put the money to basketball if you have to.

All you need is one NCAA Championship to recruit multiple 5 star recruits, so maybe we should just do like other programs and cheat. In the end it doesn't really hurt them. Look at UNC, most dumb asses think they are going to walk away mostly unharmed and won't loose any banners even though one entire championship team were all AFAM majors. If UNC doesn't get the hammer dropped, nobody has any reason to follow any rules.
