^agree with that...specifically about teachers since i've got a couple of close friends that teach. everybody is aware that teachers are underpaid...but i'm kinda tired of hearing about it from them (my friends and people i see on social media, i mean). i also feel as if i'm underpaid and would like to make more. in fact, my current salary is pretty close to that of a teacher...but i don't openly, frequently complain about what i make. i knew that when i chose this career and i'm ok with it.

I think that chivalry is extremely sexist. I have no problems with being a gentleman, and I am....but I am a nice person to most people, regardless of their sex. But to expect a guy to treat a person differently based on their gender is sexist. And it is hypocritical for a woman to want preferential treatment, yet want to be seen as independent.

You can't say Arabs are more dangerous than other races. That's racist even though it is the truth. Israel does it right...I heard on the news a while back that Israel considered young Arab men in their 20's the most dangerous people in the world and considers white American men the second most dangerous. Both of those theories make sense though, if you want to play the odds when it comes to things like Airport security. Muslim extremist who like to blow things up are mostly Arabs with tan skin from the Middle East. As for white American men, they have quite a history when in comes to mass shootings, mass suicides, serial killing, and domestic terrorism.

All people are technically from Africa, according to plate tectonics and fossils and stuff.

Meanwhile, plenty of black people in the US have ancestors who lived in the West Indies, and don't identify as being from Africa. Like how a white person from South Africa who moved to the US is more of an "African American" than a dark skinned guy whose great great grandparents lived in Haiti.

The term is kinda dumb though. I never thought there was any extra racial strife when terms like "white people" and "black people" were used instead of terms like "caucasians" and "african americans". But somebody is always gonna be butthurt no matter what.
