3/4" ID 1.370 OD Flanged . Low load, high rpm. (7000 rpm) (originally pre-greased for high load, low rpm.)
Chinese made cheese-grade steel of course. case hardened bearings (to SOME degree anyway)
How long does this poor thing have to live at 2-3 hours a month at full spin? Should I chemical strip the moly-sulfide and put some 3 in 1 oil in it? I'm thinking lower temp with less viscosity lube.
Any input would be cool. 3/8/2016 12:32:09 AM |
