i used to be a sustainer, but i've been disappointed in how they have treated the democratic primary so i gave that money to Sanders instead

Yeah I usually listen to NPR for a couple hours per day, but not during pledge drives. That shit is intolerable.

APR (Alabama Public Radio) started theirs on Monday. It is intolerable. I'll tune back in when it's over.

VPR up here (Vermont Public Radio) just thankfully finished theirs. They try to get people to donate in advance to avoid having the drive but unfortunately didn't make the goal in time. The pledge drive was at least shortened by a few days though.

Pledge drive in the football/basketball off-season sucks. Then I really have no station to change to.

Luckily I don't have to. Got that sustainer-only web feed.

Do your media sources re-enhance your views or give you new information? Can anyone in 2016 tell the difference anymore?

bttt

they're passive aggressively blaming low donation numbers on the Orlando shooting.
