only if I've been working outside and know it's dirty. Shampoo turns my curls into an attack afro, so I try to avoid it. I use conditioner often though.

I've grown my hair out for the past couple of years (mine grows slow af) and have learned a lot about hair care and the struggle that women have. The wrong shampoo will fuck your shit up for days. Always have to condition. I shampoo when it feels right to - it's not really a set number of days but I'd say on average every other day or so. I can't recommend Moroccan Oil enough either when your shit is frizzled.
