Iran has the highest ratio of female to male undergraduates in the world, according to UNESCO. Females make up about 65% of the student population.

I've actually found the comparisons between Iran and Saudi Arabia, and US attitudes toward each to be pretty interesting.
For the Saudi stats you listed above, question:
Are there a lot more female doctors because men are basically not allowed to touch women, or hell even see their faces/ankles/wrists, etc?
