had to make a comment about it that is bugging me

so I don't really understand the point of it, except for passive comedy (which is cool, of course) what I mean is, they're making it out to seem like these are the top searches that each state makes.. (assuming you don't read into the article except to look at the visual map/graph of the USA)

the main part to highlight is: To be clear, the list below does not represent what each state Googles the most, it simply shows the searches each state Googles more frequently than the other 49 states and the District of Columbia


I mean I can understand that these would be hilarious/shocking/whatever

but to say "you won't believe" the questions that each states ask more doesn't make any sense

there are literally millions of searches that could have been included in each of these; they only highlighted the dumbest ones (is what it looks like to me, unless there's something I'm missing) so how is that I "won't believe" that :-\

if it doesn't represent "what each state Googles the most" then it's just kind of misleading and that detracts a shitload from the humor value of this (potential misinformation that most people might read it as)

like I meeeean, every state clearly would have people who would search for this kind of stuff

so why is it surprising that these questions would be asked more in certain states.. I don't get it =3


anyway, in related news, North Carolina's answers (other than the opening of the jar) were pretty interesting compared to a lot of the other states
