So I wanna send a bottle of wine to a friend that lives 5 hours away. I won't be in that part of the state for a long time and it will just be a lot easier to ship it to them.

Here's the problem...I've been reading on the legality of it, and it's not looking so good. Does anyone know how I can ship wine legally...or "legally" ?

Well...I don't really know the process of how they ship things, but It's a small bottle, and I'm sure I can easily "hide" it...I just didn't know if they had a way to really make sure stuff was safe to ship

If this is in state, (not a lawyer) shouldn't be any legal issues. Its more out of state/country where tax implications apply.
