Didn't heroes being scattered or unavailable to help during potential world-ending conflicts happen all the time in the comics? Marvel just wants to tell a story without having to explain why everyone can't be there. Name dropping heroes, saying Thor is out in Asgard again, Banner is trying to contain the hulk, Spider-Man couldn't get a ride out of New York and whatever doesn't really add anything anyway.

Dumbest moment in the movies is when Thanos says "rain fire" and one of the generals says "but sire the troops" like Thanos gives a shit. He's about to wipe out all life he cares about his faceless minions?

Trailer for black panther 2 released. I could have sworn that in some earlier marvel movie they showed wakanda and it was definitely land locked, but maybe I’m wrong.

I am marveled out. Phase 4 has been just so mediocre.

^Agreed, Logan was the perfect end to his portrayal of the character and the latest few MCU movies represent a perfect opportunity to recast without breaking continuity. Not an original take by any means, but get Scott Eastwood in there in the role. Or someone shorter in general. Wolverine is supposed to be like 5'3".

And Canadian. You gotta make sure the actor is Canadian not Australian

Marvel Phase 4

Black Widow - Just not interesting in the slightest to me
Shang-Chi - Good fight sequences, probably the best movie of phase 4
Eternals - Ugh
Spiderman - Great fanservice, but overall pretty average (saw in theaters)
Doctor Strange - Kind of a let down, but at least it was unique (saw in theaters)
Thor - The tonal shift just killed it for me. I wanted a more serious movie.
Black Panther - Hopefully good.

Wanda Vision - Great and then got average real quick with the ending episodes
Falcon and Winter Solider - Haven't watched
Loki - My favorite of the series so far.
What If - Had some really bad voice acting, but overall decent
Hawkeye - Good
Moon Knight - Great and then got average real quick with the ending episodes
Ms Marvel - Watched as background noise while the wife watched, seemed okay.
She-Hulk - Enjoying, good mix of humor and can't wait to see Daredevil
Werewolf by Night - Not out yet
Guardians Holiday special - Not out yet

I'm surprised how much I've been enjoying She-Hulk. Good to see Daredevil again, loved the couple beats of his theme song

How seriously are we supposed to take the She-Hulk finale?

On the surface, they just told everybody that everything is a script, put together by K.E.V.I.N.

I was already aware that the MCU is fiction, so it was no surprise to me.

My wife and I found She-Hulk to be the best MCU series to date

I don't understand why it got so much hate. It was a fun show that didn't take itself too seriously.

My only complaint about She-Hulk was the uncanny valley CGI. Pretty solid B/B+ consistently through though

Oh I enjoyed it. I just found the last episode kind of odd. I kept thinking back to that Nightmare on Elm Street movie that had all of the actors playing themselves (Heather Langencamp, etc) and admitted that all of the previous Nightmare on Elm Street movies were in this movie's universe, fiction.

I never even tried it, were fans clamoring for a standalone Nick Fury series?

First episode was not great. I’m going to try to keep watching for now, but for sure not a good start.

I wish there was a longer and more complex film/video version of civil war (captain america)
loved the themes and the movie (and the trilogy)

I feel like comic book characters are a pretty interesting way to look into someone's personality.
Captain America vs Ironman in the civil war
There's gotta be some psychological studies out there testing this out in some way
That would be super interesting to read. I couldn't find any though, tried a few google searches

Guardians of the Galaxy 3 (on Disney+ now) was pretty great. By far the best MCU movie in years
