Actually I like some of his viral bits he just frequently comes off forced to me. You can say if this is worse or better than liking Leno (dont) but the goal was actually to positively compare Corden to Fallon.

If Fallon ha more sincerity (authenticity, perhaps, as tree said) and 20% less _____, he would be Corden. Corden seems to have a similar shtick but just comes off more natural/sincere/willing to be butt of the joke to me.
