Seems to have stopped now. Saw Broughton was on lockdown this morning but that happened at 7 am seems like 10 am would be late for that. Maybe someone just fucked up? I am off Blue Ridge that is where I was able to hear it from.

Are you sure it wasn't a drill? I get caught off guard by those things a lot. I'll be all "oh my goawd something bad is happening' as I listen for like 3 minutes of nonsense, then I hear "something something drill" and then I feel dumb. Obviously I don't hear the speaker system very well where i am at

From the back door I couldn't hear the message so I went to the front and could hear it clear. Usually when they do a test its just those weird chimey bell type things but this sounded like a tornado siren for a few minutes. The message they broadcast said all students and faculty should begin lockdown procedures this is an emergency this is not a drill something to that effect. Oh well dont mind me guess everything is fine haha.

I assume the ones I can hear comes from the JC Raulston Arboretum since that is the closest NC State place to me or perhaps the surplus sale building. Probably some other NC State stuff over here I am not aware of.

LOL! It could be. Colleges tend to lean left when it comes to politics. I'm guessing there will be a lot of unhappy people on campus, if he wins (he won't).
