Apparently she worked in HR for Sinai Health in Chicago. She has been fired form her job. It is unlikely that she'll find another one soon.

Michael's prices are crazy high if you don't have one of them 40%-off-one-item coupons. And their lines do run very slow. I love all the stuff, but I despise my time in that store.

And I don't know how this Boyle lady became unemployed in September...but if had anything to do with a political or racial situation in the workplace, then I'd imagine she's been walking around with an enormous chip on her shoulder ever since.

I guess the headline is a bit ambiguous. I interoreted 'racist Michaels rant ' as Boyle complaining about racial discrimination...which she did.
