not sure i get this

yes, safety should be the top concern. but temperatures will be even lower tomorrow afternoon than tonight. roads won't be any better. the acc has said in the past that as long as both teams and refs can get to the games, then they will play. unc is already there, refs are apparently there, and we were ready to go. so i don't get the issue. all the same concerns tonight will be valid concerns tomorrow.

we played ND in a hurricane in football. played Duke last year when the governor said fans should not go to the game and should stay in and watch on tv. some consistency would be nice from the ACC.
