RHCP with Foo Fighters opening was one of my first concerts, was a good show, but that was on the Other Side of my twenties

Show was great! They had so much energy. Sadly they didn't play very long. Went on at 9:40pm, "stopped" at 11, then came back out for a 2 song encore. Only 17 songs Still over well before 11:30.

Some songs were very notably absent from the playlist, though I understand they'll always mix it up a bit.

I went to the show a few years back at PNC and enjoyed it. I won tickets off the radio. So many hot girls. Like better than country concerts which surprised me.

After making my thread and getting made fun of for it, we didn't even get to go.

it was a great show, and agreed with TKE-Teg, it was too damn short. I guess i've been spoiled by Pearl Jam and their 3 hour sets...

The opening band played too fucking long and they were... fucking weird. like what I imagine bronies listen to.

That was the last time I saw RHCP-- saw them on this tour in Roanoke back in the day.

Show was good, but man....the opener...the fuck?

I went out to get a beer for me and my wife right before they came on and the mass of people flooding out once they started was crazy. Everyone was shitting on them.

The Charlotte playlist was, in my opinion, far superior to the Raleigh playlist.

Oh well, FWPs...

You got me curious so I looked. Was the opening act Babymetal? This:

I'm trying to figure out what they were thinking. I can't imagine it fits the RHCP demographic.

The first dude playing the drums was pretty entertaining.

Babymetal was complete shit and just head-scratching. I've never seen that many people flood out of an opener like that.
